"View all" on search results incorrectly defaults to most active #336

To repro:

Go to https://places.decentraland.org/
Search for "test" - see there are 165 results
Click on "view all" places
The resulting view is ordered by highest rated, meaning no results are visible because these places have no active users

We should default the sort order for search results to highest rated to ensure they are visible to users.
