Metrics counters don't match Stats. Specifically in:

• Participants
• Process
• Assemblies
• Proposals
• Comments
• Supports

@oriolgual I would need a "complete" copy of the DB to check that differences. Maybe are needed more test for corner cases that I didn't figured out yet
