Describe the bug
When running bundle exec rake decidim:metrics:one["comment"] it breaks due to a missing method:

NoMethodError: undefined method `manager_class' for nil:NilClass

How to replicate it:

  1. Create the development app with Decidim
  2. Run bundle exec rake decidim:metrics:one["comment"]
