The top edit menu still appears in Initiatives

Describe the bug
Issue #5736 moved the management of initiatives to the frontend, including the option to edit them. But the edit option still appears in the top menu, even though it is no longer accessible.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in and go to Initiatives
2. Fill in the form and create an initiative
3. Go to "See my initiatives"
4. See "Edit" menu option in the top bar

Expected behavior
I would expect not to see the Edit option in the top menu.
