Expected Behavior

Some examples use only annotation kubernetes.io/tls-acme without additional annotation certmanager.io/cluster-issuer. This example should work.

Actual Behavior

Default cluster issues is not configured. So if you use annotation kubernetes.io/tls-acme without additional annotation certmanager.io/cluster-issuer, cert manager does not issue certificate. This problem can cause bad user experience.
