This updates the btcwallet require for the the fix to the chain notification panics.

upstream fix: btcsuite/btcwallet#870
I've run almost this exactly for about a month using a replace in go.work.
We might as well get this on master to see if anything else shakes out since there were a lot of btcwallet updates since v0.16.1.
