Repute-PI: An Unsupervised Framework for Online Reputation Monitor and Prediction with Review Information and Rating Dynamics
We present a novel framework Repute-PI that leverages both review-based information and rating dynamics to form informative indicators that can help managers monitor their brand and product reputation. The proposed framework consists of three modules: rating module, prediction module, and insight module.
