Documentation not enough, not sure how to use and what exactly is its use case.

The Readme.md file contains just the basic details and doesn't contain enough info how can i use PingPong in my project. What does the code given do? What does setup.py do? How can i import it in my project and improve my chatbot? No link to even an external documentation is provided. I recently found out about this repo, but don't know how to use it.
