As anaconda.org support of ARM dates back to 2015 with:
we should better use the following download links (instead of https://repo.continuum.io/miniconda/Miniconda3-latest-Linux-x86_64.sh), at least from 2017:
and download packages from the rpi channel: https://anaconda.org/rpi/.
