Testing individual handlers in strict mode with Echo

I have been following the echo testing guide and so far I've been very successful in implementing it. However, I recently tried switching to use the strict mode provided by oapi-codegen, which forces the handlers to receive a generic context. This sort of breaks the standard echo testing model.

I'm curious if/how other folks are testing out oapi-codegen routes without standing up the full server as described in the example code.
