When "hit max dilation limit" is thrown the min/max values aren't given #18

In baofit/BaoKSpaceHybridCorrelationModel.cc

The max/min values reached by the fitter before clossing should be given in order for the user to change more easily his following parameters.
dilmin = 0.5
dilmax = 2.5

Comment on issue fix: baofit now prints to screen the current dilation value and the min or max dilation limit when encountering the runtime error
