Implement named bindings

We need to name our bindings which will help in terms of compliance toolings and log management.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Given a binding is named with .Alias
• When logs are written
• Then they are prefixed with the binding

Definition of done:

• docs
• Create rules for string characters and string length
