For a zarf package that has git repositories, when pushing the repository at deploy time, the repository name is static and cannot be controlled. That means that I can only deploy a single instance of that package in a Git Server that's external.

After checking this out, this is going to touch quite a bit of the code and I thought it would be a quicker fix. Im going to unassign myself for now and come back after I finish another important issue that is assigned to me if this is still open.

Linking this to #1869 - I think it would be useful to have something like what webpack does for artifacts that is a customizeable transformation string in state: https://webpack.js.org/configuration/output/#outputassetmodulefilename
