Problems with Safari's Reader #77

I don't where to file this issue, but it appears that Safari's Reader doesn't follow pjaxed links and always opens the last fully refreshed page.

There isn't we can really do about this.

If Safari's Reader function doesn't update any dom changes, you'll have to do a full page reload. Safari bug.
