ip logger spams channel once link is sent to a gc or a channel with other people in it

Describe the bug
when you send the ip logger link, it spams the channel

To Reproduce🤨🤨🤨🤨
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. paste the link into any gc, or channel.
2. once the link is sent,
3. the bot will spam the channel.

Expected behavior
send about 1 message when link is sent, and then it should send things normally
