A different base16-kakoune repo

Hey @Delapouite @slipsnip, I see you are the two contributors of the repo. I've created https://github.com/base16-project/base16-kakoune. It uses base16-schemes and base16-builder-go (which uses version 0.10.1 of the spec) to generate the themes, which are checked against base16-schemes and updated (if there are changes) on a weekly basis.

I'm wondering if you two are interested in being maintainers with me on that repository? (I'm happy to bring across the git history of this repo if you're interested and want that)
