When user launches export without previously ensire that the print composer list is up to date, try updating and if there are some "buggy" ones, inform him about purge

it would be better to find a way to automatically update the list of composer when the dialog comes foreground

Not worthy. List of composers is updated at the beginning of export process and user already knows whether a composer still exists or not.
