we need to lock the versions of
kernel
kubeadm
kubectl
kubelet

yum versionlock kubelet-1.16.7 kubectl-1.16.7 kubeadm-1.16.7

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
we need to settle on a kernel to lock as well

Current release is: CentOS Linux release 7.7.1908 (Core)
Current kernel is: 3.10.0-1062.7.1.el7.x86_64

Do we want to freeze at this level?
