Adding ClickHouse to the integration page

ClickHouse has integration with Delta Lake:

Delta lake table function: https://clickhouse.com/docs/en/sql-reference/table-functions/deltalake

These are used to read data from Delata Lake from ClickHouse, it would be nice to add them in this page: https://delta.io/integrations
