failing or missing re-check for new messages after doze

In the rare case (happens about once in a month) that no notification is received deltachat/deltachat-core#193 (comment), there was still another problem:

The message was not picked up automatically when opening deltachat. It was necessary to manually re-apply the account details to trigger downloading of the new message. Seems the imap thread gets stuck.

No change here, but the occasional missing imap-idle refresh as reported in deltachat/deltachat-core#193 (comment) appears in the log even if connected to the home wifi all the time.

The log can be viewed with the info function. The thing of this issue is that no message gets fetched, even though there is one in the mailbox, when opening deltachat in the foreground.

okay, i think it makes sense to have a closer look on this issue when the last changed are merged, maybe also wait for #408 as this may also change the IMAP logic.
