Verification badge and message swapped on linked device

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• Create a group with verified members.
• Send a message in this group so that every member sees it.
• The verification badge will be displayed on the linked device after the message. For all other recipients before the message.

The bug occurs in all current DC versions.

@raiden-social Thank you for your report. I think that behavior might be the result of whether or not a read receipt is delivered/read in time by another (receiving) Delta Chat client.

Could you retest, please, but disable sending any read receipts on each device before, and report back here? Many thanks in advance! :)

Unfortunately the bug still occurs.
I suspect that DC on the linked device creates the group immediately after receiving the "message to myself" and then recognizes that the group is verified.

Looks like a duplicate of #4963 which is just fixed in #5050. Should get into the core 1.131.10.
