I tried several versions of Delta Chat, including Flatpak and AppImage.

It would be great if Delta had not only the option to mark the notification, but also the ability to choose an MP3/WAV/OGG sound and have it play when receiving a notification.

Today, I'm going to try it with Xfce to see if it does the same thing, in order to rule out a configuration issue with KDE.

I hope that soon it will be possible to send audio directly from the desktop version.
