Add AliMail

Could you add AliMail to the list at https://providers.delta.chat/ and provide instructions how to set it up? Not that I recommend this provider in any way but it would allow to better keep in touch with Chinese friends via Delta Chat. Many thanks!

This is the first time I post in github so, apologies if this is not the correct way to say , you could add nogafam.es too! I have checked that nogafam email works with delta.chat.

I did not get to create a test account for mail.aliyun.com though as it asks for a phone number.
