My main reason to fork this repo. Compile on Mac OS 10.12 at least.

Currently links to python 2.5 which is very unsupported. Will link to Python 2.7.
Will use MacPorts to get all dependencies ready.

As of a138e8e, one can now use MacPorts to compile CAMFR on the Mac OS. Uses the newer Pillow module instead of PIL for image manipulation.

Included comments stating which packages to install via MacPorts prior to compiling CAMFR, in 41a9bc4.
