Thanks. I will try. Is it possible to run only on CPU or is it only-GPU powered algorithm? |
Pure CPU is OK. |
That is the result somehow. I use the tensorflow 1.1.0 GPU. 2 GB of GPU Memory should be enough for testing I guess? I am getting a huge error, which I rather not paste here... I don't even have a clue where to start. So many tracebacks. Everything is installed as described. |
I supposed it can be an issue about my Python version. Which is the version you are using :) ? |
This error is minor and won't stop the running. Please paste the other error log here. |
Uff. It will be huge. Thanks though for your valuable time! Logged from file tf_logging.py, line 82 Caused by op u'save/RestoreV2_23', defined at: NotFoundError (see above for traceback): Unsuccessful TensorSliceReader constructor: Failed to find any matching files for /home.net/vs17dow/Desktop/A_M-arbeit/G_Code/E_seglink/models/seglink/model.ckpt-136750 |
command for error above: |
The error is obvious: Failed to find any matching files for /home.net/vs17dow/Desktop/A_M-arbeit/G_Code/E_seglink/models/seglink/model.ckpt-136750. |
Dear @dengdan, I made everything new and now it worked! Thank you very much for your time. |
I am proceeding exactly how you describe. However, once I run the code I receive
DataLossError (see above for traceback): Unable to open table file /home.net/vs17dow/Desktop/A_M-arbeit/G_Code/E_seglink/models/model.ckpt-136750.data-00000-of-00001: Data loss: not an sstable (bad magic number): perhaps your file is in a different file format and you need to use a different restore operator?

I do not see an error in my command. Any advice how to proceed here?
Best
Valentin
