  1. Implement users endpoint that takes in email adress and return status code 200
    if email adress exists, wait for user to authenticate, if it does not exist, create new user and wait for authentication
    Also sent out an email with a string to confirm the email adress.
    confirm via other or same endpoint to authenticate.
