If you type twice the same input, typeWatch does not fire.
Example here: https://www.jqueryscript.net/demo/jQuery-Plugin-To-Run-A-Function-When-User-Stops-Typing-TypeWatch/
Type in "Email address" the value 'xy': typeWatch fires. After that, select value and type again 'xy': typeWatch does not fire.
