Jump to bottom

You might not be able to jump through problems at column 0 #1317

See the pull request which raised this issue here: #1271

When there are some problems on lines at column 0, it might not be possible to jump through those problems with the :ALENext command, etc.

@tap349 I fixed loclist jumping now so column 0 is treated as column 1 when jumping to a problem.
