Handle exceptions for pug-lint

When you have some invalid Pug code, for example some HTML you copy and pasted into Pug, Pug can throw exceptions for parsing errors, and ALE doesn't report those exceptions too well.

This is kind of a bug in pug-lint also. If there's a syntax error, pug-lint should report it.
