Describe the bug
The text will occasionally appear higher than it is supposed to in some renderers due to dominant-baseline=middle not going into effect.
Most browsers are fine, but in case the svg needs to be rendered by another program or in a less capable image viewer, this issue can be resolved.
dominant-baseline=middle can be replaced with dy='0.25em'
