Updating Page Dates

  • All pages have a "Page last updated" date at the bottom of the page.

  • Each content page in the _pages folder has a modified-date in the Jekyll front matter at the top of the .md file.

    • For the Home page, the modified-date is pulled into the _layouts/home.html file.
    • For all other pages, the modified-date is pulled into the _includes/footer.html file.

  • Each time you update content on a page, you must update the modified-date in the Jekyll front matter.

    • Use this format: October 23, 2018.
