Twitter was renamed to X. References to Twitter in the VAMC System editor interface should be updated to X.

Front end work on updating the logo is in #15390

Acceptance Criteria

In the VAMC System under Social media and links,

  • Twitter is renamed X.
  • [VA System] at Twitter is renamed [VA System] at X
