Update 5.0.0 Release Notes to Clarify SonarQube Version Compatibility

#895 removed support for SonarQube version 9.9, the current LTS. While that change is clearly denoted in the README, the 5.0.0 release notes do not mention the change. For the sake of providing utmost clarity, I think that the release notes should be updated to describe the version compatibility change.
