What about during dep init stage copy/paste entire framework recipe? And relay only on common recipes?

I think this allows user to see everything related to their framework specified recipe. Users can easily change recipe. On other side, users will need to manually upgrade their recipes on framework updates (now they need to wait before deployer upgrades anyway).
