Version 3 defaults to Dutch language #49

Describe the bug
All translated text is displayed in Dutch on a new install

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download version 3.0
  2. Run version 3.0

Expected behavior
Program defaults to English

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • Windows 10 Pro x64
  • Chrome
  • Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional context
Able to change language back to English once program loads. Nerderlands appears at the top of the language list.

Another issue I found - after you change it back to English, most things change except the default categories. "Bij Genre, Bij Jaar, etc..."
