Lost k9s read-only/write mode small icon display since v0.32.0 #2794

Describe the bug
Since k9s v.0.32.0, we lost small icon indicating read-only or write mode.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Launch k9s >= 0.32.0 in read-only (k9s --readonly) or write mode (k9s)
No icon (read-only or write mode)

Expected behavior
Display of k9s mode like v0.31.9.

OS: [Ubuntu 22.0.4]
K9s: [>= v0.32.0]
K8s: [v1.28.10]
