feh -c option not working

What has gone wrong? -c option used on our display systems not working on Pi4B.
I have tried to find another software to get this feature of dynamic collage to replace it. The only solution is to use an old Pi3.

I am maintaining feh in my free time without getting paid for it. So, while I am happy when it is useful to people, noone is entitled to anything. You can compile an old feh version with collage mode yourself, see #707
