I used desi_run_night to resubmit a night for reprocessing in the daily production on perlmutter for the night of 20230210. I used --laststeps="all,skysub,fluxcal", and desi_run_night submitted scripts instructing desi_proc_tilenight to process all exposures including the skysub exposures. desi_proc_tilenight appears to re-consult the exposure table and choose not to process those exposures. I also don't see an option to force it to do so.

Example on perlmutter:
desi_run_night -n 20230210 --z-submit-types=cumulative --laststeps="all,skysub,fluxcal" --all-tiles
