Better synchronization between desiutil and desimodel

desiInstall and desimodel are still not in perfect sync. There is a small problem when installing master. The desimodel_data.sh script will create INSTALL_DIR, which is good, but then copytree() to copy the git clone to the code directory fails because INSTALL_DIR already exists.
