Fastspec Data Model

Summary:Spectroscopic fitting results.
Naming Convention:fastspec-SURVEY-PROGRAM-HEALPIX.fits.gz, where SURVEY is the survey name (e.g., main or sv3), PROGRAM is the program name (e.g., bright or dark), and HEALPIX is the healpixel number.
