(Tested with not github repositories only) When file renamed, changes view says: "The file was renamed but not changed".

I see that file was renamed Also, when I change it in changes list I see code changes.
In changes view I see "The file was renamed but not changed"
But after commit changes exists
without logs, because same behavior is in Git (git diff file)
What can you do with it?

Expected behavior
I see that file was renamed
Also, when I change it in changes list I see code changes.
Actual behavior
In changes view I see "The file was renamed but not changed"
