Add the option to export configuration settings

I dont see a way to backup settings. no menu entry , no registry or no clear json or cfg file. am I missing something??

Thanks for the issue @markonop93. At this time there isn't a way to backup the configuration settings for GitHub Desktop, but I'll mark this as an enhancement for future consideration.
