Do not suggest cloning or initializing a repository within a repository

The feature request

I made two new repos recently from Github Desktop, and I wanted it done fast so I just clicekd (yes initialize at this local path)..

but it apparently created two repository within another repository. Why does it even suggest this!? It should know, let's not suggest this local path, since there is already a repository there.

Additional context

Messing around with Spotify API. It should not be placed within a repository I have for game development!! Ahhhhhh!
