Fetch Origin refreshes branch to see if there is a pull request active #17169

The feature request

I would love it if when you are on a branch you created and if a pull request gets created with those changes if clicking "fetch origin" would change the branch into a pull request view automatically.

Currently, you have to click the branch, then click "Pull requests," then click the refresh button.

Proposed solution

If "Fetch Origin" did this automatically, it would make it so much easier and quicker.
