When you have a repository selected you only see the repository name in the header. In my case, and I guess also for other users, I work with forks of the same repository for different clients, so the name shown is always the same which makes it difficult to know in which organisation I am working.
Proposed solution
It would be nice to show the name of the active owner/organization in the header to avoid having to display the list of repositories each time.
I attach a couple of mockups with an idea.
Show owner name in header:
Or, in the case of forks, show the message "forked from..." just like it is shown in the Github repositories:
