VLC can play YOUTUBE VIDEOS when a URL is passed to it. I was wondering,
could you add a "Share via VLC" option in the Android Browser. I think this
would be awesome!

my mistake, i dont necessarily mean a Share via option. browsing m.youtube,
when u click on a
Yt video it opens the Yt app. i was hoping there was a easy way for Vlc remote
to handle these
links and open them (only when Vlc is connected?)

Thanks

I was thinking if there is a way to handle the youtube links from m.youtube
with a different handler other then the device movie player, if that would be
solved, i'm sure that implementation of YT is easy.

I'd like this feature too. The XBMC remote app behaves similarly with XBMC.
While you're at it, you should be able to handle direct media URLs too, which
XBMC does.
