IntelliJ Detekt plugin should be enabled by default

Expected Behavior

When adding the detekt plugin to Android Studio or IntelliJ, I expected it to be enabled w/ default behavior.

Current Behavior

Not enabled by default...you have to manually enable it

Context

I've been telling our devs to install the Detekt plugin so they can catch issues before it hits the pipeline but it's not enabled by default.
Hopefully should be an easy fix...if upgrading the plugin, also please enable the plugin it if it's not enabled already.
