It was mentioned in #75 that the load() method should not be used anymore for future tests. Should we just do this in one go? I'd be happy to help with this one.

That would be great! Make sure to delete the load-method + compiler-property then. I have removed another Unstable change. After the load-method is gone you can also remove the Unstable-Annotation, thx!
