Create an organization autocomplete component

this component should get a list of organizations from saved state, async get updates for any newly added orgs from the server as soon as the user focuses on it, and offer suggestions based on this list in an autocomplete text input field.

the widget should also provide an inline "quick add an organization" feature.

for results that show up, provide an easy way to see more details about the organization & also open up their page on the frontend in a new window.
