Double tapping a rant opens it twice

Double tapping on a rant doesn't upvote the rant but opens it twice. Sometimes when I tripple or quadruple tap it will open it tripple or quadruple times.

Was about to report this and noticed there was already a topic.
I think this happens between the timeout for the double tap and the response of the request. I suppose it's about 500 miliseconds, so if I tap it again before the request ends, it's going to open the same rant again. I never got it to open three times though.

I think this could be fixed by blocking the rant box after the timeout or checking if another rant is already open when opening a rant.

It might be because I don't have a quick internet connection all the time, the request will take longer and it will give the user more time to get this problem.
